Christophe Beck Scores SHAZAM! Sequel

SHAZAM! FURY OF THE GODS is coming to theaters on March 17, 2023 in the United States. The film is a sequel to 2019’s SHAZAM! and is the 12th installment in the DC Extended Universe (DCEU). It is directed by David F. Sandberg (SHAZAM!, ANNABELLE: CREATION, LIGHTS OUT) and written by Henry Gayden and Chris Morgan, and stars Zachary Levi, Asher Angel, Jack Dylan Grazer, Rachel Zegler, Adam Brody, Ross Butler, Meagan Good, Lucy Liu, Djimon Hounsou, and Helen Mirren. In the film, a family of teenage heroes led by Billy Batson/Shazam take on the villainous Hespera and Kalypso, daughters of the Greek titan Atlas.

The film is being scored by Christophe Beck (FROZEN, EDGE OF TOMORROW, WANDAVISION, HAWKEYE, ANT-MAN series), and this will be his first score for a DC super-hero film.
