Spencer Creaghan Releases SURREALESTATE Soundtrack Season 2 Vols 1 and 2

Spencer Creaghan is a prolific multi-award-winning composer for film, television, and video games, known for his evocative and adventurous score to the global hit SYFY series SURREALESTATE, starring Sarah Levy (SCHITT’S CREEK) and Tim Rozon (WYNONA EARP). The series follows realtor Luke Roman, owner of a boutique residential real estate brokerage specializing in “metaphysically engaged” properties, also known as haunted houses. Luke has a special connection to the spiritual realm; he can not only sense the presence that might inhabit a client’s house, he can often communicate and negotiate with it. Along with his team, Luke takes on the houses nobody else can or will.

Recently completing its second season, the SURREALESTATE’s Season 2 soundtrack is now available digitally in Volumes 1 and 2, following Season’s 1 Volume 1 and 2 soundtracks in 2020. Both Season 2 soundtracks are now available on Amazon, Apple Music , Spotify, and other digital music sources.

Spencer is also known for the thriller MOTHERLY, which earned him a Canadian Screen Award nomination for Best Original Score, director Haya Waseem’s debut feature film QUICKENING, which premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2021, and M. H. Murray’s debut feature I DON’T KNOW WHO YOU ARE, a drama thriller premiering at TIFF 2023.
